You have a 30-days window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that we do not refund orders unless there is an error on our part or the item is defective.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and inform you of its status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or issue a check. The processing time for the credit to reflect depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are nonrefundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.
