Return & Refund Policy – Patches Studio

All products at Patches Studio are custom-made based on your design and specifications.

Because of the personalized nature of our patches (embroidered, chenille, woven, PVC), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Before production, we provide a digital mockup for your approval. Once approved, the design is considered final and production begins.

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
